Step 3 – Your Custom Treatment Plan

Preparation & Treatment Day

Some things to keep in mind leading up to your appointment day!

Step 1 – Few Days Prior to Treatment

Limit sun exposure to the tattooed area for at least two weeks before treatment. Avoid tanning beds and use sunscreen with a high SPF to protect your skin.

Step 2 – During Treatment

During a session, the laser applicator will be moved over the tattooed area, delivering picosecond pulses to break down the ink.

The session duration varies based on the size and complexity of the tattoo.

Post Treatment

Following your appointment you will have access to 24 hr support

What is PicoWay?

The PicoWay laser is an advanced technology for tattoo removal, renowned for its precision and effectiveness. It utilizes ultra-short picosecond pulses to break down tattoo ink into tiny particles, allowing the body to naturally eliminate them.

Who can benefit from this treatment?

Those who regret their tattoos or wish to remove them for personal or professional reasons. PicoWay effectively targets various ink colors, including difficult-to-remove shades like blue and green.

Large Area – Packages

Apply a cold compress to the treated area to reduce swelling and discomfort. Gently clean the treated area with mild soap and water then pat dry with a clean towel, avoiding rubbing or scrubbing.

Keep the treated area covered or apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30 to protect against UV rays.

Common Side Effects:

  • Redness and swelling at the treated area
  • Mild blistering or scabbing (part of normal healing)
  • Temporary darkening or whitening of the tattoo area
  • Sensation similar to a rubber band snap during treatment

Uncommon Side Effects:

  • Itching or dryness as the skin heals
  • Temporary skin sensitivity or discomfort
  • Mild bruising or pinpoint bleeding

Rare Side Effects:

  • Hyperpigmentation or hypopigmentation
  • Scarring or textural changes (very rare with proper aftercare)
