Each treatment comes with a complimentary consultation with our technician & physician.

It’s an opportunity for our team to understand your goals and to answer any questions or concerns you may have using our VISIA scan also known as a skin health analysis.

Step 3 – Your Custom Treatment Plan

This is the fun part! Your physician will create a custom treatment plan to help you achieve your desired results 💚

Preparation & Treatment Day

Some things to keep in mind leading up to your appointment day!

Step 1 – Few Days Prior to Treatment

Refrain from using retinoids, glycolic acid, salicylic acid, and other exfoliating agents 3-5 days before the treatment.

Step 2 – During Treatment

Ideally arrive without makeup on. There is an option in clinic to remove your makeup.

The technician will clean and prep the skin for optimal treatment results.

Post Treatment

Following your appointment you will have access to 24 hr support

Fluent in Mandarin with a strong working proficiency in English, Laraine has a degree in Communications. She found her passion in beauty and is excited to share her knowledge!

Grace Stephenson

Technician

Grace Stephenson is a Certified Medical Laser Technician as well as a Certified Professional Esthetician. She graduated from Blanche Macdonald, and Body Bar Laser Clinic.

Grace has a passion for skincare and an eye for beauty with years of experience! Outside of work Grace spends a lot of time in the gym, working out & spending time with friends and family.
